He also provided additional quotes and made the best recommendation for another vehicle. The integrity and service was beyond expectation. Wow! The professionalism exceed standards. These guy's are great. Been to them twice now, they're professional, and friendly. They make you feel like a person. The first time I went, my 3 yr. Old granddaughter was with me, she had an old truck that she brought with us to play with while we waited. The truck was missing a headlight, she asked if they could fix it, they took the truck, cleared glued a blob for a headlight, let it dry and when my car was done , her truck was done. Made that little girl's day. Thanks guy for great service and the friendly atmosphere.

These guys were amazing. We had a tire emergency 1,000 miles from home on a Saturday and they pulled out all the stops to get us fixed up and back on the road. They stayed late to work on our vehicle when they easily could have pushed our service to Monday. They were having a holiday family decorating party after they closed and they still stuck around to work on our vehicle. We waited for our vehicle and enjoyed watching their families decorate and their kids play. We were desperate to get home to our kids so being around their loving family really put things in to perspective for us after a frustrating day. We were so grateful that their kind family helped us get home to ours. They run a professional, courteous and efficient business. We highly recommend!

I had booked my appointment online over a weekend for a Tuesday morning at 8 for several things. That following Monday Zack called me to let me know the morning was all booked up, but that I could drop my car off that morning and he would make sure to get it done sometime through the day. I informed him that as long as it was done before I needed to go to school at 4:30 that that was ok with me. I dropped my car off by 8 am last Tuesday. By 1:45pm Zack called me and messaged me the report on my car. Several things needed to be addressed in addition to what I had requested be done. Both air filters needed to be replaced, the brake lines needed to be flushed, and the bushings in my control arm were cracking. All of which I could clearly see with the pictures attached to the car report so there was no confusion over what he was talking about. I became very worried as I was due to leave out early early the next morning to drive into Central Texas for a funeral. I expressed my concern about cost as it was certainly not what I was expecting to hear, and I was worried I would have to cancel my trip. Zack was so sweet, honest, and transparent. He broke down the costs of everything and explained the financing I could apply for as well as sending me all the info via text. I quickly applied, was approved, and immediately called him back to give the all clear. I again expressed concern over if he would be able to get all of it done before end of day. I was supposed to leave around 3am the next morning.. so definitely needed to get it done ASAP. Zack verbally thought out how long it would take and then assured me if we hung up right then he would make sure everything was done by 5:30. I got the call around 5 that everything was done! The amount of relief cannot be described. Not to mention that during my trip the shop messaged me to make sure that everything was good with my car and that I was experiencing no issues. It is so hard to find an honest car shop willing to go the extra mile for someone they don't personally know. I can certainly tell you that I will be back for sure!

I really needed to get my car serviced before we started getting snowfall. I thought that I had a confirmed appointment but did not. No worries, they were able to fit me in and ready for the twelve inches of snow we got the next day. Courteous, Efficient, and Thorough. I will definitely continue to have my car serviced with Big O!
